Shipping

Below are the fulfillment schedule, address confirmation process, and shipping fees. If anything changes, we will notify you via official updates.

1. Order Fulfillment Schedule

Orders placed before April 25: Will ship by late May.
Orders placed before May 25: Will ship by late June.
Shipments may be delayed due to the holiday season. The actual delivery date will prevail.

2. Shipment Payment Collection Process

Before shipping, we will email you an invoice for the shipping fee. Please complete the payment promptly to ensure your order is dispatched on schedule.

3. Import Duties & Taxes:

For most countries/regions, taxes are included in the shipping fee you pay.
For excluded regions, customers are responsible for handling any import taxes upon delivery. We will provide assistance where possible.

Note:

Shipping to non-continental U.S. areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories) and PO boxes is charged at a flat rate of $48. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the destination address.
Flat shipping rate of $50 per ULTRIIX S1 standard package (tax excluded) to: Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos, Svalbard, Sandwich Islands, Saint Eustatius, Saba, Moldova, Kosovo, Jan Mayen, Guam Outlying Area, Gibraltar, Faroe Islands, Curacao, Christmas Islands, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bouvet Island, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bonaire, Belarus, Albania, Aland Islands, Spain (Melilla), Spain (Canary Islands).
